What is EFT? |
| Emotional Freedom Technique was developed from Thought Field Therapy and is a non-intrusive method of clearing emotional feelings from the the mind. |
| The therapy is based on the belief that when we think of something we create a 'thought field'. However, this thought field is disrupted when we develop fears and phobias. Using the same energy meridians as Acupressure, EFT clears the disruption by tapping on these enrgy points, leaving the client free of the original fear or phobia. |
